What to include

To help us act quickly, please include the address of the page you are writing about, what you think is wrong or missing, and — for a factual correction — the judgment paragraph or official source that shows the right detail.

Privacy and removal requests

Every case and party page reflects a judgment published by the Singapore courts, and names appear exactly as they do in the official judgment — where a court has anonymised a party, we show the court’s initials. If a judgment has since been anonymised, withdrawn or made subject to a publication restriction, or you believe a page identifies someone it should not, email us with the page address and we will review it.
