Only citations that resolve to another decision held in this corpus are counted — citations to foreign judgments, and citations whose target is not in this corpus, are excluded, so each figure is a conservative lower bound. Of 24,121 citations recorded across the corpus, 1,693 resolve to an in-corpus decision.
