we allow the appeal in part, only to the extent of correcting the calculation error, and reducing the interest due under the Second IOU loan by S$2,000 such that amount owed by the Appellants under the Second IOU loan is S$224,000 and not S$226,000. 29 As for costs, we are of the view that the Appellants should bear the costs of the appeal.
